WHICH SUBSCRIPTION IS BEST FOR US?
Schools/virtual schools/school libraries
BrainPOP UK and/or BrainPOP ESL is licenced to individual establishments, and designed for use across a whole school. Choose from Small, Large or Classroom options.
Classroom
- For use by a teacher and students in a single room on up to 3 devices
- School hours only (07:00 – 17:30 your local time)
- Full mobile app access available within school hours
- Multi-year subscriptions are not available
- Discounts available on multi-site or combo pack purchasing
Small school
- For use by teaching staff, students and parents within your school community
- Under 399 students on roll
- Full 24/7 access (school + home + mobile)
- 1-5 year & combo pack licences available (discounts available on multi-year, multi-site or combos)
- Option to restrict access hours upon request
Large school
- For use by teaching staff, students and parents within your school community
- Over 400 students on roll
- 24/7 access (school + home + mobile)
- 1-5 year & combo pack licences available (discounts available on multi-year, multi-site or combos)
- Option to restrict access hours upon request
Public libraries
- Licences available on a “per console” arrangement
- Access times to suit your opening hours
- Library services and authorities can purchase on behalf of multiple libraries at a discounted price
- Remote access is available under certain circumstances
Private sector and other educational services
BrainPOP is popular with tutor services, commercial educational providers, home user communities and many more “non-school” organisations. In these instances, standard Home and School licences are not applicable. We encourage you to contact us so we can work with you to tailor a solution that fits your needs & audience.

HOW DOES SUBSCRIBING WORK?
Once you have decided on the right subscription product you simply need to let us know so we can arrange access and payment.

Home users can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal. Schools can pay by credit/debit card or by 30 day invoice.
Once your order has been processed you’ll be issued a username, password (your “login”) and expiry date. Your login grants full access to every BrainPOP resource from any internet enabled device that supports Flash.
Access to all the movies and quizzes via a mobile device is included in your subscription through our free Featured Movie app. Use your login to access any password protected topics.
We also offer a number of integrations, all free and easy to implement.
If you want to upgrade from a Classroom licence to a Small or Large school licence get in touch and we’ll upgrade you same day and issue an invoice pro-rata for the difference.
We’ll stay in touch with you through the lifetime of your subscription, and give you plenty of warning before it expires. To avoid losing access at a critical moment (and save paperwork!) you may want to consider our auto renewal option or a multi-year subscription.
RENEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
1 and 6 month Home subscriptions automatically renew.
All other subscriptions need be renewed on request.
It’s no more complex than dropping us an email, telling us you’d like to continue your access. We’ll do the rest.
CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION
Subscriptions will expire naturally if you do not renew.
If you are on a 1 or 6 month Home subscription you will need to contact us to cancel or it will be automatically renewed.
We cannot refund partial subscriptions.
Obviously we’d be very sad to see you go but we totally respect your choice and will work with you.
