| [+]How can I view all the movies on the app? |
| To watch all of the movies & quizzes in the app, you need to subscribe to the BrainPOP UK website. This will provide a username and password that allows access to the main web version (viewable on Flash enabled devices) and can be used to log in through the iPad app too. To subscribe go to www.brainpop.co.uk/store and select the appropriate option and follow the instructions. It should only take a few minutes. Schools can buy 1 or more years by invoice; Parents can buy 1, 6 or 12 month access using credit/debit cards or PayPal. | [+]How do I cancel a monthly or 6 monthly home user subscription? |
| Unsubscribing or cancelling a subscription is really easy - simply email info@brainpop.co.uk and let us know. You can cancel right up to the last working day before your payment is due. So if you were due to renew on a Sunday get in touch the Friday before. If you're due to renew on a Tuesday - get in touch Monday. If this is a problem we can work something out, don't worry. Just get in touch as soon as you can. We don't have a "retention team" or such things - if you want to leave BrainPOP for whatever reason we totally respect that. |
